WARRANTY REGISTRATION WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are the terms and conditions pursuant to which you (the "User") may access and use this online warranty registration website (the "Website") of Custom-Bilt Metals ("CBM"). These terms and conditions govern the User's rights and obligations relating to the User's use of the Website, and the User must expressly accept and agree to these terms and conditions prior to and as a condition of User's access and use of the Website. These terms and conditions do not change, alter, revise, expand, or limit the scope or applicability of CBM's warranties in any way.

By using the Website, you agree and consent to transact business with CBM electronically, including but not limited to using electronic communications, electronic records, and/or electronic signatures, for the limited purpose of warranty registration. By using the Website, you agree to use an electronic signature in lieu of a paper-based signature.

You may request a paper copy of your CBM warranty by contacting CBM in writing at 1333 Corporate Drive #103, Irving, Texas 75038.

You may print a copy of these terms and conditions for your records by using the "Print" function on your Internet browser. To use the Website and to print your CBM warranty, you will need a desktop or personal computer or tablet with a minimum current generation web browser that can open and display a PDF file.
